Charlie came out to our house many times to plan the job and offer ideas and listened to our ideas too. He made us feel that the job is important to him and wanted to make sure we were happy with all the aspects before we signed the contract to start work.
We feel he charged a good price for the work.
They were always pleasant.
They worked through some awful weather conditions but didn't 'down tools' which is commendable.
When there was a problem Charlie listened to us and made sure things were sorted out to our satisfaction, He was always willing to listen and tried to help.
